WellNow

Privacy

We collect very little, and nothing about your health.

wellnow.ie is published by John Fox, Ireland, who is the data controller for this site. The site has no forms and no accounts, and never asks for your health details, name or contact details.

Cookie-free counts

We count page views using Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies. Vercel says it identifies a visit by a hash of the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours, and records the page, referrer, country and region, device type, operating system and browser (Vercel’s description, read 29 October 2026). Page addresses are sent without any query string other than campaign tags.

Optional analytics cookies

If we turn on Google Analytics or PostHog for this site, they will only load after you choose “Allow” in the cookie notice, and you can change your mind at any time using “Cookie choices” in the footer. They are configured with advertising signals off, no session recording and no automatic capture of what you type. They are not running today.

Server logs

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Stored in your browser

Your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice, if you make them. They never leave your device.

If you email us

We use your message and address only to reply, and delete the thread when it is no longer needed. We never add you to a mailing list.

Links to our other sites and to providers

When you follow a link to another site, including our own, that site’s privacy policy applies to anything you do there.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@wellnow.ie. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
